Abstract:
Today there exists a strong evidence to believe that most of the matter 
in our Universe is made of dark matter (DM). In the last years, a huge 
effort has been focused on understanding its nature as well as its 
detection. The indirect detection of DM, namely, the detection of the 
annihilation or decay products of DM particles, is a useful and 
important tool. First, in this talk I will focus on the contribution to 
the diffuse neutrino and gamma-ray background from DM annihilations in 
halos at several redshifts and the role of subhalos on such searches. 
Finally, I will briefly present the guidelines for a project that will 
be carried out with Dr. Carlos Arguelles and other members of ICRANet 
and UNLP-CONICET, about the emission in the X-ray background that would 
be produced by decay of sterile neutrino DM from the galactic center. 
This study will be performed assuming the Ruffini-Arguelles-Rueda (RAR) 
model, for the distribution of DM in galaxies.
