Formation of Very Low Metallicity Stars

I overview the thermal and chemical properties of low metallicity gas and their consequence 
on the dynamics of star forming gas, paying particular attention to the fragmentation mass scale. 
I then report on our recent numerical simulation of star cluster formation at low metallicities and 
on how the transition of initial mass function proceeds with increasing metallicity.
I also mention supermassive star formation in very low metallicity environments.
