Dear Naurang,
Great to have a word back from you! I was about to drop you a line to see whether my em sent you back in July came through.
Anyhow, it's my pleasure to contribute and support the conference in it's first "sailing" with its captain not on the captain deck but as an honoured advisor.
I believe I already confirmed my being prepared to organise the symposium but I didn't see it on the symposia list on the SMEC website... - I just received a circulation mail from yourself.
I will provide you the description asap.
All the best,
Alex

Dear Alex,
Thank you for the message and I apologize for this delayed reply due to
summer travels/vacations. It is nice to hear that you will be able
organize a symposium on your conventional topic. If you confirm, please
let me have the description of the symposium as soon as possible.
Thanking you for your continuing efforts for the SMEC meetings.
With best regards,
Naurang
