[Smec2019] SMEC-2019 accommodation and speakers

Dear Colleagues,

For the Symposium 3, we have the following invited speakers confirmed:
- Torben Jensen, Aarhus University, Denmark
- Craig Buckley, Curtin University, Australia
- Hai-Wen Li, Kyushu University, Japan
- Kasper Moller, Curtin University, Australia
- Andriy Nevidomskii, Rice University, USA
- Michael Heere, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany
- Claudio Pistidda, Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht, Germany
- Marek Polanski, Military University of Technology, Poland
- Volodymyr Svitlyk, European Synchrotron Radiation Facility, France

They have all booked the cabins or are on the final stage of doing so.
The will need 30 minute slots for their talks. We shall keep you
informed with the updates.
