Abstract:
 'In this presentation I will describe how correlated electronic structures can be treated with dynamical mean field theory (DMFT) coupled to density functional theory (DFT). Applications of the method will be presented, that cover the pressure dependence of spectroscopic data, such as phote electon spectroscopy and x-ray absobtion spectroscopy. Materials to be discussed involve complex oxides.'
