[Smec2019] SMEC-2019 accommodation and speakers

Dear Prof. Saini,

As it turns out, both I and Alex Goncharov have busy calendars at the time of SMEC and won’t be able to come. We can help with selecting oral presentations, but I suggest that either Prof. Qiang Zhu or Prof. Alexander Kurakevych (both of whom will attend SMEC) act as onsite chairpersons of our symposium.

Thank you for your efforts to put up the symposium for the SMEC-2019.
You are requested to advice the speakers of your symposium to contact
the travel agent for arranging their accommodation as soon as possible
since arranged group booking rates may not be available after November

At this point, it will be useful to update the scientific program of
the meeting by including the list of invited speakers and hence you are
